Our Whakatipu Tū programme supports rangatahi who are currently not in education, employment or training (NEET) to step confidently into pathways that reflect their strengths and aspirations.
Through wānanga, mentoring and practical skill development, we work alongside rangatahi to build confidence, capability and clear next steps toward sustainable education, training or employment. Our approach is strengths-based and grounded in whakapapa, manaakitanga and kotahitanga.
We focus on real-world readiness - preparing rangatahi for work, supporting access to qualifications, exploring career options and strengthening essential life skills.
